Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Delicatefab, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before using our services.

Order Cancellation

Customers can request cancellation of their order before the service process has started.

  • Orders cancelled before processing may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Once the service process has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • Delicatefab reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests after service initiation.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only in cases where service quality issues are verified by our support team.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited through the original payment method.
  • No refund will be provided for completed services unless a valid issue is reported.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Delay caused due to incorrect customer information.
  • Minor color variation or fabric condition issues already existing before service.
  • Completed services without any reported issue within the allowed timeframe.

Modification of Orders

Customers may request modifications to their order before processing begins. Once the order enters the active service stage, modifications may not be possible.
