Terms & Conditions

Welcome to DelicateFab Laundry & Dry Cleaning Services. By using our services, website, booking system, or pickup request platform, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

Agreement Acceptance

DelicateFab Laundry & Dry Cleaning Services provides services subject to the Customer’s acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. By using any DelicateFab service, the Customer agrees to be legally bound by this agreement.

Article Responsibility

All garments, fabrics, linen, shoes, carpets, helmets, sofas, and household articles submitted to DelicateFab shall be treated as “Articles”. Customers must remove valuables before handing over Articles.

Fabric Risk & Damage

Articles are handled with utmost care. However, DelicateFab shall not be responsible for discoloration, shrinkage, texture change, color bleeding, or damage caused by weak fabric, hidden defects, embroidery sensitivity, or manufacturer issues.

Special Care Items

DelicateFab does not guarantee special care processing for delicate fabrics, designer wear, leather items, hand-wash-only garments, or decorative accessories unless specifically accepted for treatment.

Stain Removal Disclaimer

Stain removal is part of the cleaning process, but complete removal cannot be guaranteed. Certain stains may become permanent due to age, chemical exposure, heat treatment, or fabric nature.

Pickup & Delivery

Customers must remain available during scheduled pickup and delivery timings. DelicateFab shall not be liable for delays caused due to weather, traffic, operational limitations, or unforeseen circumstances.

Storage Policy

DelicateFab shall not be responsible for Articles left unclaimed beyond 30 days. Storage charges may apply on pending orders. Articles remaining unclaimed beyond 90 days may be disposed of or sold to recover dues.

Compensation Policy

In case of verified loss or damage caused directly by DelicateFab, compensation shall not exceed three times the processing value of the Article and shall only be provided as service credit.

Quality Claim Policy

Customers must inspect Articles at delivery. Any complaint regarding quality, quantity, or damage must be reported within 7 days from delivery, provided the Article has not been used.

Pricing & Payments

Prices may vary depending on garment type, stain level, fabric condition, express delivery, or special treatment. Taxes shall be charged additionally where applicable. Full payment must be completed before delivery.

Cancellation & Refund

Orders may be cancelled before processing begins. Once Articles are processed, cancellation requests shall not be accepted. Cashback, prepaid balances, and promotional credits are non-refundable.

Marketing Communication

Customers may receive service-related updates and promotional communication through calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or notifications. Customers may opt out anytime through customer support.

Privacy Policy

DelicateFab respects customer privacy and does not sell personal information such as phone numbers, addresses, or email IDs. Information may be shared only with operational partners for service execution.

Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, branding, text, graphics, and designs are intellectual property of DelicateFab. Unauthorized copying or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

DelicateFab shall not be liable for losses caused due to fire, burglary, transportation issues, natural disasters, strikes, or force majeure events beyond operational control.

Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts located in your operational city/state. DelicateFab reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
